Sandwich Heritage Museums Approval is Appealed
Three separate appeals have been filed seeking reversal of the Sandwich Town Committee’s decision to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness to Heritage Museums and Gardens for relocation of stone wall and installation of lighting and concrete staircase in connection with parking and entrance improvement project at 67 Grove Street, located at Map 37, Lot 006. The appeals were filed by Carlo M. DiPersio, Don Stainbrook, Ursula Price, Randolph Morgan, Nancy Andrews, Dean Coe and Erin Sullivan.
This decision was made pursuant to the decision of the Old King’s Highway Regional Historic District Commission remand of March 22, 2016.
A public hearing by the Old King’s Highway Regional Historic District Commission will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at the West Barnstable Fire Station Meeting Room, 2160 Meetinghouse Way (Route #149), West Barnstable, Massachusetts.
